Dr Francis Oen, Dr Wee Tze Lin and Dr Bobby Cheng, our three Medical Directors are well-known and respected ophthalmologists, each with their own area of subspecialty knowledge and experience.

Their aim in setting up Singapore Eye & Vision is to provide a comprehensive range of general and subspecialty eye care services, leveraging on each other’s expertise, for the joint management of eye conditions under one roof.
