Who We Are

Dr Francis Oen, Dr Wee Tze Lin and Dr Bobby Cheng, our three founding Medical Directors, set up Singapore Eye & Vision in 2008 to provide a comprehensive range of general and subspecialty eye care services, leveraging on each other’s expertise, for the joint management of eye conditions under one roof.

As of 2025, SEV continues to provide that comprehensive subspeciality ophthalmic care with Dr Francis Oen, Dr Jovina See, Dr Lim Lee Hooi, and Dr Khor Wei Boon. We also have the services of Dr Wong Chee Wai, who is a regular visiting consultant.
